2 minutes' walk from JR Tachikawa Station North Exit.
Take the North Exit and go straight.
Turn right at the wooden statue on the North Exit pedestrian deck, and immediately turn left and get down the escalator.
After getting off the escalator, go straight along the street you will see Bic Camera. The building next to it is "From Nakatake", where the cafe is located on the 6th floor.
